Sanjay Lavakare made a shift from a 16-year IT career to pursue painting full-time. His latest artwork is inspired by discussions with local residents and captures the unique elements of Koramangala. After spending years in Bengaluru's IT industry, Sanjay discovered his true passion for art. Despite the option of taking a sabbatical, he chose to dedicate himself entirely to painting. Sanjay has been a regular participant in the Chithra Santhe art event. His newest creation showcases the essence of Koramangala, incorporating elements suggested by residents of L Street. With input from neighbors like Ashish and Ritu, Sanjay has included 50-60 exclusive neighborhood elements in his artwork, some of which are immediately recognizable while others require closer inspection.
